For an international Food Ingredients Producer we are looking for the
Regional Head Food Ingredients Greater Middle East
Location office based Dubai
We are expecting only applications from candidates having more than 15 years experience in selling Foodingredients/Flavours/Colours/Extracts in the Middle East
you have the experience of managing a team in various countries
Education: MBA and/or Food Technologist etc
you have long-term experience in the Middle East
Tasks
Preparation of strategic business and marketing plans.
Formulation of annual sales Plan and budget
Generation of customer demand for achieving sales plans.
Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan
Liaise with customer cell at HO to draw sales plans for customers.
Follow up in weekly /monthly/quarterly achievement of sales targets by tracking performance of the team members
