Job Description
Summary Based in Dubai and reporting to the MEA Logistics Manager, the MEA Logistics Analyst is the focal point for measuring performance and understanding the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the region. They design, develop, run and maintain reports and KPIs, perform analyses and proactively monitor the performance of the various operational areas.
They participate in projects, the preparation of Budgets and cost reviews and support the MEA Logistics Manager during interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably within a company operating in the Fashion/Luxury or Retail sector or a Logistics Service Provider working in the Fashion/Luxury or Retail sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Detail-oriented, structured mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Critical thinker with a drive to understand the \xe2\x80\x98Why\xe2\x80\x99 and willingness to challenge the status-quo
- Understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and warehouse management principles
- Well organized, \xe2\x80\x9cmulti-tasking\xe2\x80\x9d approach with ability to efficiently manage deliverables and deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams of both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Access and data visualization tools is a big plus
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus
