Edelman is seeking a

Middle East AI Lead

to drive adoption and integration of AI across our internal operations and client work. Reporting into our EMEA AI leadership, this is a key strategic role focused on

market enablement, execution, and commercial impact

. You'll partner closely with client, sector, and specialty leaders to embed AI into daily workflows, client programs, and Edelman's broader transformation efforts.

What You'll Do?

Market Leadership & Execution

+ ? Translate Edelman's global AI strategy into Middle East-specific priorities and programs.
+ ? Embed AI tools and practices across business lines and accounts.
+ ? Activate and grow the AI Ambassador network and enablement ecosystem.
+ ? Lead adoption of proprietary AI solutions (e.g., Archie, Trust Stream, agentic workflows).

Internal Transformation & Change

+ ? Role-model and champion AI-enabled ways of working through showcases and training.
+ ? Apply Edelman's Account-Based Transformation approach to identify and scale automation.
+ ? Deliver structured change programs using frameworks like ADKAR/Prosci.
+ ? Track market-specific KPIs (e.g., time saved, workflow automation, model usage).
+ ? Present monthly adoption reviews with leadership to identify opportunities and remove blockers.

Client Enablement & Commercial Impact

+ ? Support client pitches and proposals with AI-powered offerings.
+ ? Lead on localizing the launch of GEOSight and other solutions.
+ ? Contribute to lighthouse programs and case studies with regional clients.
+ ? Guide clients through AI adoption journeys, with a focus on Trustworthy AI and communications.

What We're Looking For?

Experience & Background

+ ? 5-7 years in consulting, communications, marketing, or digital transformation roles.
+ ? Demonstrated experience in AI, automation, or emerging technology enablement.
+ ? Strong background supporting client delivery and new business development.

Skills & Expertise

+ ? Deep understanding of generative AI, data-driven comms, and workflow automation.
+ ? Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
+ ? Experience driving adoption across functions and multi-team environments.
+ ? Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
