Middle Office Reporting and Data Analyst

ADNOC Global Trading LTD ("AGTaEUR) seeks an ambitious, motivated MO Reporting and Data Analyst to join its Middle Office team in Abu Dhabi. About AGT Incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, Abu DhabiaEUR(TM)s international financial centre, AGT commenced operations in December 2020. It is owned by ADNOC (65%), Eni (20%), and OMV (15%). Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, it has ambitious plans for global growth, including subsidiaries in Singapore, Europe, and the US. AGT focuses on physical trading of crude oil, condensate, liquid feedstock, refined products, risk management activities (including hedging), shipping, storage, inventory management, trading of oil derivatives, and other related activities. Job Purpose The MO Reporting and Data Analyst supports other MO functions and collaborates with Digital teams to deliver advanced reporting capabilities, including AI integrations. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve efficiency. Support the development of the Datalake for all MO use cases, ensuring it serves as the primary source for reporting. Interfaces and Collaboration Report trading results and positions to senior management and work with MO, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure control, efficiency, and policy adherence. Collaborate with digital teams to meet user requirements and deadlines. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes. Data Analysis and Reporting Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Create detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Understand departmental data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Communicate findings effectively to the Data Reporting Manager. Process Improvements Identify and implement enhancements in data collection and reporting processes. Adopt new data analysis techniques and tools. Qualifications and Skills BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree (hons) in Business, Science, Computer Studies, Math, Engineering, or Finance. Experience and Knowledge Experience in Business Systems Analysis. Proven ability to build PowerBI reports and dashboards. Coding experience in Python, PowerBI, and other analytics tools.
