Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple dynamics CRM projects to successful completion.
Proficiency in traditional project management processes as well as agile methodology.
Good understanding of new Microsoft offerings Power Platform, Customer Insights, etc.
Should have a fair understanding of the various domains and business verticals to be able to correlate with business and understand requirements better.
Experience in working with international clients.
Experience in implementing online (cloud)CRM solutions
Good experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules
Deep understanding of best practices.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in Azure technologies like Azure Functions, Logic Apps development are advantageous.
Proven ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions to the required stake holders.
Strong operation and leadership skills.
Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and application maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute project governance & communication.
Work with project manager to prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities
Work with project manager to organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan
Work with Project manager in planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
Work with architects and technical leads to deliver the right artifacts
Ensure the quality of standards followed in the delivery
Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time & budget.
Communicate project issues and resolution
Identify and mitigate potential risk.
Mentor staff in applying project management controls
