The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing and implementing business-focused Dynamics CRM solutions. The MSD CRM Solution Architect will bring both technical and functional expertise to bear when designing solutions to align with business goals. These solutions include integrations with other enterprise business systems which requires an understanding of these other systems and the impact to/from them. She/he will ensure best practices are adopted, provide technical leadership for MSD CRM development projects, and work closely with the end-users, business analysts, management, and other technical resources to design, develop and deliver the right technical solution in a timely and efficient manner.

She/he will ensure best practices are adopted, provide technical leadership for MSD CRM development projects, and work closely with the end-users, business analysts, management, and other technical resources to design, develop and deliver the right technical solution in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the effective transition of requirements to successful solution delivery by ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements, considering data integrity and system performance elements, utilizing Enterprise Architecture principles and artifacts, and providing accurate work estimates that improve sequencing and prioritization of work.
- Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client\xe2\x80\x99s architectural and business needs.
- Lead client meetings and/or facilitated strategy session.
- Develop high level project work plans and create scope of work.
- Develop robust architecture design and functionality.
- Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications.
- Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution.
- Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process.
- Develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations.
- Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle process.
- Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
Requirements:
- Certification: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Minimum 12 years of MSD CRM experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in working as a solution architect.
- Minimum 5 End to End implementation experience.
- The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM in functional and technical areas.
- Experience in implementing online (cloud) CRM solutions.
- Experience in implementing hybrid architecture by connecting CRM with other enterprise applications like billing, reporting etc.
- Good experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules
- Experience in Project Services/Project operations module is an added advantage
- Experience in public sector is desirable.
- Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI, Microsoft Azure (LogicApps, Azure Functions, Data Factory), Groups or Teams, Omni Channel, PowerApps and Common Data Services.
- Deep understanding of best practices.
- Experience in preparing Statement of Work, Solution Blue Print etc.
- Experience developing and designing technical solutions such as custom development for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement , Dynamics CRM (Jscript, C# plugins, web development, systems integration)
- Experience in enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, as well as options such as ETL.
- Excellent communication, Analytical and Problem resolving skills.
- Experience in using the Scrum agile framework and use of tools such as Visual Studio Team Services or JIRA Agile.
