About Company:

Five Thirty Management is a leading restaurant group, operating over 30 restaurant chains across the UAE. As we are in the phase of expansion, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant to ensure seamless data management and system integration across our operations, including the pre-opening of new restaurants and ongoing F&B operations.

Role Overview:

As a D365 functional Consultant, you will be responsible for entering, managing, and optimizing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support our restaurant operations and restaurant pre-opening's. Your role will ensure accurate system records, smooth functionality, and alignment with business expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 implementation and enhancements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design 365 CE solutions that align with best practices. Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, forms, workflows, and plugins to meet needs. Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Conduct system testing, deployment, and support activities throughout the lifecycle. Provide guidance and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 CE functionality and best practices. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to deliver successful 365 on time.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working with

Microsoft Dynamics 365

in a Techno-functional operations role. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and system management. Previous experience in

F&B, hospitality or retail

industries preferred. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, multi-location environment

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per year
