Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Techno-Functional Consultant

with hands-on experience in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a balanced understanding of both technical customization and functional business processes, and be capable of managing implementations, integrations, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze client requirements, conduct GAP analysis, and propose appropriate D365 BC solutions. Implement and configure core modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehousing, Projects, and Manufacturing. Customize reports, pages, and logic using AL language and extensions. Integrate D365 Business Central with third-party applications (e.g., Power BI, Azure Functions, external APIs). Conduct end-user training, UAT sessions, and prepare documentation. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, SCM, and Projects. Proficient in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and Microsoft AppSource principles. Good knowledge of SQL Server, Web Services, and integration tools. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate / Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Prior experience in UAE/KSA VAT localization. Knowledge of upgrade/migration from NAV to D365 BC.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
