Key Responsibilities o Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources o Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders o Create and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and meeting notes o Manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating when necessary o Facilitate regular check-ins, team meetings, and progress reviews o Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics o Prepare and present project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders



Requirements

2 to 3 years of project coordination or management experience o Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision o Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities o Experience using GitHub project management tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office o Basic understanding of Metaverse concepts, virtual environments, and digital identity systems Preferred Skills o Experience working in cross-functional teams o Comfort working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments o Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority
