Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and technically proficient Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will lead cybersecurity initiatives and projects, ensuring robust security protocols, managing risk, overseeing comprehensive documentation, and collaborating closely with technical teams to implement secure digital solutions across Metaverse, Blockchain, Web3, and AI ecosystems.

This position requires strong cybersecurity project management skills, extensive documentation experience, deep understanding of security design and functional flows, and a solid grasp of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion phases.

- Create, maintain, and deliver comprehensive documentation, including security protocols, risk management plans, technical specifications, functional flowcharts, and compliance documents.

- Collaborate effectively with Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Blockchain Developers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical staff to embed robust cybersecurity measures into solutions.

- Develop security strategies aligned with best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC2, PCI DSS, etc.).

- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to cybersecurity project delivery, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and timely completion.

- Conduct regular risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and penetration tests; manage and track remediation actions.

- Provide clear and regular communication with stakeholders regarding security posture, risks, project status, and strategic recommendations.

- Foster an environment prioritizing cybersecurity awareness, training, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred).

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity projects, preferably within Blockchain, Web3, AI, or Metaverse environments.

- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, threat modeling, vulnerability management, risk assessment, penetration testing, and security compliance.

- Proven capability to produce detailed documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and functional security workflows.

- Solid experience in security-oriented project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid).

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
