We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Steel fixer Foreman to oversee and coordinate steel fixing activities on construction sites. As a Steelfixer Foreman, you will be responsible for managing a team of steelfixers, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations. The Steelfixer Foreman will work closely with site managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to interpret blueprints, plan work schedules, and allocate resources effectively. You will be expected to monitor progress, provide technical guidance, and resolve any issues that may arise during the steel fixing process. Your role will also involve conducting safety briefings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. To succeed in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of steel reinforcement techniques, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of steel fixers on site
Interpret and implement technical drawings and plans
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Liaise with site managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
Proven experience as a steel fixer and in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of steel reinforcement techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
