PTI Fabrication is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator Supervisor with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily fabrication activities, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of fabricators and welders to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate metal fabrication works including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembling.
Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance of fabrication staff.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards.
Maintain tools, machines, and work area in proper condition.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Train and guide junior fabricators and welders.
Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in UAE as a Metal Fabricator / Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings & technical blueprints.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
