WHAT'S THE ROLE?


This regional finance role focuses on driving process excellence, system improvements, and internal compliance across the META organization. In close collaboration with market teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen governance, enhance efficiency, and ensure readiness for internal and external audits. You will also provide guidance to a regional community of finance professionals, fostering best practice sharing and process consistency.




The role requires a balanced skillset--combining operational rigor, systems thinking, and stakeholder engagement--to deliver impact across multiple dimensions of Finance, including controls, compliance, and customer-facing processes.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


You will lead and improve key finance processes across markets, including internal control execution, audit preparedness, and risk mitigation. You will manage regional initiatives tied to SAP enhancements such as VAT/e-billing compliance and revenue recognition. In addition, you will coordinate structured collaboration across departments (Finance, Sales, Customer Service) to improve communication and unblock operational bottlenecks.




You will also serve as a regional hub for knowledge-sharing, ensuring consistency in financial execution and alignment with global standards.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:


Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills Track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration Experience in managing internal controls, audits, or process governance Familiarity with SAP and a strong process/systems orientation Experience working in international and matrix organizations
