Nord Anglia Education - the world's leading private schools organisation - is recruiting a Regional Admissions & CRM Marketing Manager for the Middle East.

In this role, you will be the go-to regional expert for Salesforce CRM, driving user adoption, integrating marketing automation, and aligning our admissions processes with the Nord Anglia Family Experience Journey to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all schools.
The Role:

• Serve as the regional Salesforce CRM expert, supporting schools with training, onboarding, and user adoption.
• Lead the Salesforce rollout plan for new and existing schools in the Middle East.
• Integrate CRM with marketing automation tools to deliver personalised, targeted, and timely campaigns.
• Maintain data integrity and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Partner with marketing teams to enhance lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion.
• Train admissions and marketing colleagues to leverage CRM capabilities, driving performance across the Family Experience Journey.
• Support admissions teams to improve conversion rates, team efficiency, and campaign ROI.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Essential:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher).
• 4+ years' experience in sales or customer-focused roles.
• 3+ years' hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud (super-user) experience.
• Experience developing campaigns in Marketing Cloud or similar.
• 2+ years' experience delivering training.
• Proven track record in marketing automation and CRM best practice.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in large-scale global or regional CRM projects.
• Change management experience in multi-functional systems integration roles.
• Knowledge of CRM best practice across industries.
