Role Description

WUPP Media UK is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to join our Dubai office. If you're a results-driven marketer with a proven track record in managing Meta advertising campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, managing ad budgets, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. The Meta Ads Specialist will also be responsible for creating ad content and reporting on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns on meta platforms

Skills in analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and managing ad budgets

Ability to create compelling ad content and work collaboratively with the marketing team

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and reporting skills

Understanding of the crypto industry is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Relevant certifications in Meta Ads or digital marketing are a plus

Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

Monitor performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and ensure ROI-driven outcomes.

Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

Location: Dubai (In-House)

Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 4,500

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM

Visa Status: Own Visa

Availability: Immediate

Proven record as a Meta Ads Specialist.

Strong analytical and optimization skills.

Crypto proficiency is an added advantage.

Must be result-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets.

Based in Dubai with Own Visa and immediate availability.
