Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Meta Ads Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities include designing and managing campaigns, monitoring ad performance, analyzing data to optimize results, and staying updated on platform advancements. The individual will collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure a strategic approach to lead generation and engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
Experience in digital marketing strategies and social media ad management
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for campaign performance tracking
Content creation skills, including crafting engaging ad copies and visuals
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based marketing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
