About the Role

We're hiring a

Meta Ads Specialist

with

agency experience

and a

track record of scaling Shopify ecommerce stores

using Facebook & Instagram ads.

You must have hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, optimizing for ROAS, and staying ahead of Meta's evolving features like

Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns

,

broad targeting

, and

creative fatigue management

.

This role is performance-focused -- you'll own the entire media buying process for ecommerce clients and be expected to deliver

4-6x ROAS

consistently.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple ecommerce clients Use current best practices like Advantage+ Shopping, broad targeting, and creative hooks Build custom funnels with dynamic retargeting and optimized landing pages Manage daily budgets, testing sequences, and creative refresh cycles Monitor performance to hit ROAS targets across client accounts Troubleshoot attribution, iOS tracking issues, and event setup Collaborate with content teams for ad creative ideation and iteration Stay up to date on Meta ad platform changes and performance trends
Requirements

3+ years hands-on Meta ads experience for Shopify-based ecommerce businesses

Agency background managing multiple ecommerce clients at once

Demonstrated ability to hit 4-6x ROAS over sustained periods

Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events Manager Fluent in Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and iOS 14.5+ mitigation techniques Analytical mindset with expert knowledge of ROAS, CPA, MER, AOV, and CTR benchmarks Experience with analytics tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Elevar preferred Based in Dubai with valid UAE work authorization Fluent English communication skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently in hybrid environment
