Job Description

We are hiring a performance driven Meta Ads specialist whose only mission is to generate profitable patient enquiries and bookings, not likes or followers. The ideal candidate must hold her own valid visa.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and manage Meta Ads funnels for aesthetic and medical treatments Generate high-quality leads that convert into booked consultations and treatment programs Create and test ad creatives, hooks, and copy focused on patient problems and outcomes Track and optimize campaigns based on cost per lead, cost per booking, and ROI Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and WhatsApp tracking Scale winning campaigns and kill underperforming ones quickly Work closely with clinic team to improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements:



Proven experience running Meta Ads for medical, dental, or aesthetic clinics Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills Deep understanding of conversion tracking and analytics Ability to optimize campaigns based on revenue, not vanity metrics Performance mindset with strong accountability

KPIs:



Cost per lead Cost per booked consultation ROI on ad spend Lead quality and conversion rate
