\xef\x82\xa7 Create and implement effective merchandising strategies for designated categories in line with expansion objectives, while assessing market trends and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.

\xef\x82\xa7 Develop a varied and attractive product range tailored to local preferences and market demands, working closely with suppliers to negotiate terms and prices while collaborating with HQ Category teams to leverage brand and distributor connections.

\xef\x82\xa7 Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and allocation for optimal stock levels and timely availability, employing control measures to prevent overstock and stockouts while optimizing turnover.

\xef\x82\xa7 Foster robust relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to secure advantageous terms, exclusive products, and consistent supply. Negotiate favourable agreements with local distributors, leveraging existing goodwill and brand partnerships, while setting and achieving revenue targets, monitoring sales performance, and suggesting pricing and promotional tactics.

\xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with Marketing to drive category sales through effective promotion, work closely with E-commerce and Retail for seamless customer experiences, and lead product launch plans, merchandising, and pricing. Monitor market trends, adjust strategies, analyse competition, and lead a high-performing team focused on creativity, collaboration, and company values.
