Job Role: Merchandiser * OTB and Reorder management:

• Regularly review the Inventory levels and pending order covers.
• Prepare the reorder qty considering 80:20 principles.
• Utilize the OTB effectively on right product and right location
• Ensure defined SKU availability throughout the year.
• Product Launch Coordination

• Ensure timely launches with accurate product details (pricing, imagery, display plans)-Online and Offline (Brick & Mortar)
• Coordinate with marketing, eCom, VM, and supply chain teams.
• Sales Monitoring

• Analyze New product performance, bestsellers, slow movers, and stock turns.
• Recommend markdowns, or range exit based on sales and competition
• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Regularly align with Planning, Buying, Inventory Control, Ecom Ops and Store Ops teams.
• Act as the bridge between Product and Retail Execution.
• Display Guideline Implementation

• Ensure proper display based on planogram guidelines.
• Coordinate with regional IC's, supply planning teams, and VM team for timely execution.

Skills: * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role

• Proficient with MS Excel for analyzing data daily.
• Retail Industry & Home/Furniture category experience will be preferred
