Armada Distribution Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our growing team in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing product visibility, ensuring stock availability, and executing promotions across retail outlets. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about retail execution and consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned retail stores daily to ensure proper product display and availability.
Implement and maintain planograms and merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team for timely replenishment.
Execute in-store promotions, displays, and seasonal campaigns.
Build strong working relationships with store personnel and management.
Report on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of product shelves.
Provide timely and accurate field reports to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum [1-3] years of experience as a merchandiser in the FMCG sector.
Familiarity with retail operations, planogram execution, and visual merchandising.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily to assigned locations.
Basic computer skills for reporting and data collection.
