Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Visit

assigned outlets daily

to monitor and maintain Soul Pantry product displays. Ensure shelves are

well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing

at all times. Conduct

regular stock counts

and report replenishment needs. Assist the operations team with

deliveries to the outlets

Negotiate with

store managers and supervisors

for better product placements, end caps, and promotional displays. Execute

merchandising strategies

to improve product visibility and brand presence. Track and report

sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends

. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure

timely delivery and replenishment

. Support in

promotional activities, in-store activations, and product launches

. Build and maintain

strong relationships with store staff and management

.

Requirements



Proven experience as a

Merchandiser

in FMCG in UAE (preferred in food & beverage/snacks). Strong knowledge of

retail operations and supermarket standards

. Excellent

negotiation and communication skills

. Physically fit to handle

stock movement and shelf arrangements

. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit sales/visibility targets. Valid

UAE driving license

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in

Business/Marketing

is an advantage.
