Job Description

Job Purpose

To diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles using approved tools and procedures Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and steering repairs Use Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems (e.g., Xentry) to troubleshoot issues Conduct routine services as per service schedules Ensure all work complies with Mercedes-Benz quality and safety standards Complete job cards, service reports, and technical documentation accurately Test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper performance Maintain cleanliness and proper use of workshop tools and equipment Follow workshop SOPs and health & safety regulations
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicle systems Diagnostic and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and quality orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and productivity focus Basic computer and diagnostic tool proficiency
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Automotive Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mercedes-Benz Technician Hands-on experience with Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools preferred Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
