Job Description

Job Purpose: To carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

The technician will serve as a multi-skilled troubleshooter, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at assigned sites.

HVAC knowledge is considered a valuable bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, water pumps, drainage, and other MEP components.

? Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.

? Conduct inspections and provide reports on the condition of equipment and systems.

? Ensure tools and materials are used properly and safely.

? Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping at all work locations.

? Coordinate with team members and supervisors for job completion and task prioritization.

? Accurately record job details, time taken, and parts used.

? Support HVAC-related tasks when required

? Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times. Requirements:

? Open to any nationality.

? Minimum 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and troubleshooting.

? Strong background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair works.

? Swimming pool maintenance experience will be considered an added advantage.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

? Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

? Good communication skills and team player attitude.

? Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.

? Physically fit and willing to work on-site in outdoor environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
