Edges Integrated Technical Services is urgently seeking a

skilled and dependable MEP Technician

who holds a

valid UAE Manual Driving License

. This dual-role position combines technical expertise in

HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems

with operational driving duties to support our projects across residential and commercial sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesMEP Technician Duties

HVAC Systems

Install, service, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform preventative maintenance. Conduct cleaning, adjustments, and warranty-based servicing. Maintain accurate records of services performed and repairs completed. Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and technical standards.

Plumbing Tasks

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to install and maintain plumbing systems. Assemble and fit pipes, valves, sanitary fixtures, and water heating equipment. Test systems for leaks and compliance with relevant codes. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and fellow technicians on-site.

Basic Electrical Support

Assist with electrical troubleshooting related to HVAC and plumbing systems. Ensure electrical works are performed safely and to standard.

Driving Responsibilities

Safely transport staff, tools, and materials between project locations. Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and basic upkeep of the assigned company vehicle. Comply with all UAE traffic laws and company driving protocols. Log daily vehicle usage and report any issues promptly. Support site operations, including loading/unloading and assisting technicians, when not driving.

Candidate Requirements

High School Certificate or Technical Qualification (ITI/Diploma preferred). Minimum

2 years of experience

as an MEP or HVAC Technician.

Valid UAE Manual Driving License

is

mandatory

. Familiarity with roads and locations across Dubai and surrounding emirates. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage). Physically fit and willing to work in confined or elevated areas. Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and respond to on-call duties when required.
