Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified

MEP Technician

with at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in AC repair & cleaning, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

AC maintenance, cleaning, and repair

(split, window, and ducted units). Conduct

electrical repairs

including socket replacements, lighting installations, circuit troubleshooting, etc. Handle

basic plumbing

issues such as faucet repairs, leakage detection, and pipe installations. Carry out

general maintenance tasks

(e.g., wall mounting, sealant, minor masonry/painting). Diagnose system issues, report findings, and propose practical repair solutions. Follow safety procedures and complete work orders and service reports accurately. Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean condition.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in MEP or facility maintenance. Proven experience with

AC systems, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting

. Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service attitude. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

UAE experience

preferred. Basic English communication skills required
