Job Description

Enviroclean Maintenance is seeking a skilled and reliable MEP Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance and repair. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and crucial to delivering high-quality maintenance services across residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Carry out preventive maintenance on AC units, pumps, motors, lighting, and piping systems. Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and drainage faults. Handle basic electrical repairs: wiring, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and control panels. Conduct coil cleaning, duct cleaning, and AC inspections as part of routine service. Assist in move-in/move-out property checks for MEP systems. Ensure all work complies with UAE safety standards and company procedures. Provide professional customer service and maintain accurate service reports.
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an MEP Technician in the UAE. Proven knowledge in AC maintenance & repair, electrical work, and plumbing tasks. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license preferred. Good communication skills in English
