Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP AC Electrical Plumbing Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP systems are functioning efficiently and comply with safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:Mechanical (AC & HVAC):

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, central AC, and ventilation systems. Perform regular inspections to identify and fix potential issues in HVAC equipment. Replace filters, belts, and other components as necessary. Maintain and monitor temperature controls and energy management systems.

Electrical:

Install and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, lighting, circuit breakers, and control systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in commercial and residential buildings. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety standards.

Plumbing:

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures. Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, and other plumbing issues. Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using pressure gauges and other tools. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance or construction. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment. Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints. Working knowledge of safety protocols and standards. Valid driver's license may be required(not necessary)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
