Position: MEP Technical Manager
Location:
Dubai, UAEWe are currently seeking a
highly experienced MEP Technical Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our projects, ensuring design integrity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all MEP design, coordination, and technical submissions. Review and approve technical documents, shop drawings, and material submittals. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead value engineering initiatives and support cost optimization. Supervise and guide MEP engineers and drafting teams. Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum
12-18 years of experience
in MEP contracting, with at least5 years in a managerial or technical lead role
. Strong knowledge of MEP design, execution, and coordination. Proven experience with large-scale building, Villa projects in the UAE. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
