Technical Engineer - Electrical

Location: Dubai, UAE

Projects: High-Rise Buildings & Luxury Villas

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Engineer - Electrical to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, design review, and ensuring compliance with local authorities and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review electrical designs, shop drawings & material submissions Coordinate with consultants, clients & project teams Ensure compliance with Green Building regulations, Etisalat, Du, DEWA, SIRA, and DCD regulations and standards Prepare technical reports, load schedules, and design calculations Supervise installation works and provide site technical support Handle authority submissions & approvals Prepare AS-Built drawings and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 8-10 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting (mandatory) Experience in villa & high-rise building projects Strong knowledge of Electrical system design Experience with Low-Current Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Telephone/Data, SMATV, Intercom, etc.) Knowledge of Revit / Navisworks will be added advantage Good understanding of MEP coordination, load calculation, and cable sizing Hands-on experience with AutoCAD & MS Office Excellent communication & coordination skills Ability to work in fast-paced project environments

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
