Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design Coordination
: Collaborate with design teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall design.Installation Supervision
: Oversee MEP installations, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.Scheduling and Coordination
: Develop MEP schedules and coordinate with other project teams for seamless execution.Site Monitoring
: Conduct regular inspections and provide progress reports to management.Problem Solving
: Identify and resolve issues during installation.Cost Management
: Track expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.Safety Compliance
: Enforce health and safety standards on-site.Commissioning and Handover
: Ensure MEP systems are tested, fully functional, and handed over to the client.Skills Required:
Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Project management and leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in MEP supervision for interior design projects. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
