MEP Supervisor (8 Vacancies)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and motivated MEP Supervisors to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP installations are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, in strict compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical power & lighting, plumbing, fire protection, BMS) within fit-out projects.
• Interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Lead and manage a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors, ensuring optimal productivity and workmanship.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Civil, and Joinery teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP works with other trades.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or clashes on site promptly.
• Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per approved submittals and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.
• Enforce a strict safety culture, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring all team members follow company HSE policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, specifically within the interior fit-out sector in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations (DEWA, DM, ADDC, etc.).
• Proven ability to read and interpret MEP and architectural drawings.
• Immediate joining is highly preferred.
