Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

MEP Supervisor

with a strong background in

hospitality or building management

to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our residential buildings. This is a critical position where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems and ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment. Oversee and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems. Lead a team of technicians, contractors, and vendors, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Perform regular inspections to identify and address any system issues or improvements. Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Work closely with hotel/building management teams to ensure guest and tenant comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Train and mentor junior staff and new technicians.

Key Requirements:

Experience

: Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, specifically in hospitality, commercial buildings, or similar facilities management.

Education

: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills

: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, as well as their integration in large-scale hospitality or commercial buildings.

Certifications

: Relevant certifications in MEP systems, safety management, or building maintenance (e.g., LEED, BMS, etc.) are a plus.

Project Management

: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Problem Solving

: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems quickly.

Communication

: Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Customer Focus

: Experience working in hospitality settings with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers or tenants.

Health & Safety

: Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in

luxury hotels

, resorts, or large-scale commercial buildings. Familiarity with

Building Management Systems (BMS)

and automation. Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies
