We are currently hiring for the position of

MEP Supervisor

to join a leading hospitality project in

Lusail, Qatar

freelance visa

Up to QAR 4,200/month no FAT

Work Schedule:

Sunday to Wednesday:

4:00 PM - 11:00 PM (7 hours)

Thursday:

4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (9 hours)

Friday:

3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (9 hours)

Saturday:

2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (9 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Coordination

Oversee and manage all MEP activities across the facility. Coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

2. Quality Control and Inspection

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. Address and resolve any defects or deviations promptly.

3. Planning and Scheduling

Develop and maintain MEP work schedules aligned with operational needs. Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime or disruption.

4. Safety and Compliance

Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure all staff use PPE and follow safe work practices.

5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate logs of work performed, inspections, and incidents. Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

6. Resource Management

Monitor and manage inventory of tools, materials, and labor resources. Ensure timely procurement to prevent project delays.

7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

Provide hands-on support for technical MEP issues. Collaborate with vendors and specialists as needed.

8. Continuous Improvement

Recommend improvements in systems and workflows. Stay updated with industry innovations and standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in MEP supervision within the hospitality or facilities management sector Strong knowledge of MEP systems and safety practices Excellent leadership and communication skills

Must hold a valid freelance visa (candidates on company-sponsored visas are not eligible)
