What You'll Do

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and ambiance meet restaurant standards
• Monitor staff schedules, performance, and table assignments
• Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive team culture

Ideal Profile

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Captain Order or Floor Supervisor in a full-service restaurant
• Skilled in team supervision, guest interaction, and conflict resolution
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette
• Available for a 24-month contract in Abu Dhabi
