A leading real estate company is seeking a MEP Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising the maintenance and operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance activities of MEP systems.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as planned.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure system compliance with standards.
Lead and supervise technicians and contractors.
Ensure adherence to HSE policies and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain basic maintenance records.
Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
