To carry out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works as assigned, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems in compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repair, and installation of
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in MEP systems and take corrective action.
Assist in
fit-out and renovation projects
involving electrical wiring, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing works.
Ensure all work is done according to
approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
.
Coordinate with other trades (civil, finishing, etc.) to complete works efficiently.
Conduct
testing and commissioning
of MEP systems when required.
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and materials are handled safely.
Report material requirements, progress, and issues to the supervisor on time.
Follow all
QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
policies and site rules.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
.
Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in MEP or building maintenance field (preferred).
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
Additional Notes:
No formal diploma required;
practical experience and skill level
are the main criteria.
Should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
