Description: Maintain and update stock register on a real-time basis to maintain the minimum stock
level and request materials through the operations manager.
Ensure that the incoming materials are inspected in terms of quality, quantity, shelf line
and suppliers’ delivery note for compliance by the concerned person before entry in the
stock register and make proper arrangements for the stacking of materials
Prepare Stores Issue Voucher (SIV), Stores Receipt Voucher (SRV), Transfer Notes, and
Goods Received Notes (GRN) through PACT for actual goods received, issued,
shortages, wrong & substandard materials. Created On : 22 Feb 2022
