Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
MEP Site Inspector
to oversee all Home Services activities within Emaar communities. The role involves regular site inspections, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor home service activities across villas and apartments. Ensure services follow agreed schedules and company standards. Coordinate with internal teams and service providers. Maintain reports, records, and provide updates to management. Ensure quality completion of both external services and internal services.
Requirements:
Engineering Diploma or ITI Certificate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance. Proficient in MS Office and process tracking software. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
