DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
2 Years Facilities Management & Building Maintenance Experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the Facilitates Management Company including key market players, trends, and product categories.
Driving license is mandatory
Building relationships with new clients & Arranging meetings with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Building Maintenance experience is mandatory.
Site Visit & Costing knowledge is mandatory.
Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with Facilities Manager to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates for additional Cleaning or Security works.
Any other reasonable task requested by supervisor or management

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
