Aqua Bridge Holding is seeking a

qualified and experienced MEP Project Manager

to oversee the execution and delivery of

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works on high-profile construction projects across

Saudi Arabia and the UAE

.

This is a

key leadership role

responsible for coordinating technical disciplines, ensuring MEP systems are integrated seamlessly with project requirements, and delivering works

on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety

.

The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record

in managing large-scale

industrial or infrastructure projects

, bringing deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end MEP project execution, including planning, design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning. Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams--engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers--to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance and quality. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and local authorities to align with regulatory requirements and design intent. Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards. Proactively resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and implementation discrepancies. Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural components. Manage procurement schedules for MEP materials, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project milestones. Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation including risk assessments, variation orders, progress reports, and handover files.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field. Minimum of

10+ years

of MEP project management experience, with

3-5 years in the GCC region

. Proven track record in delivering large-scale industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects. Extensive knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, BMS) and international codes and standards. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks

, and project planning tools such as

Primavera P6 or MS Project

. Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

PMP certification

or equivalent is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
