is currently looking for

Project Manager (MEP)

:

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our

group villa development projects

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

precast construction

, project planning, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage MEP design, coordination, and installation for multiple villa units. Supervise project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate closely with civil, structural, and precast teams for smooth integration. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in MEP project management, preferably in

villa or housing projects

. Proven experience with

precast structures

and MEP coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. UAE experience preferred
