Kemet for Trading and Contracting is seeking a highly experienced

MEP Project Manager

to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across multiple residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, and completion, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP construction activities. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Review MEP drawings, materials, and specifications. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources. Conduct risk assessments and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards. Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively. Prepare and submit project reports and updates to senior management. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Handle any technical issues and ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management. Proven experience in high-value building construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Familiarity with local authority regulations and procedures (Qatar/GCC preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and other project tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

PMP or equivalent project management certification. UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage. Experience in design & build contracts and fast-track projects. Valid QID & Transferrable Visa
