Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage MEP works across multiple project sites in line with project timelines. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.). Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Handle authority approvals (DEWA, DCD, DM, Etisalat, etc.) and ensure compliance with local regulations. Support procurement by identifying MEP material requirements and verifying supplier/subcontractor submissions. Conduct site inspections and ensure work completion as per design and approved drawings. Ensure documentation and project close-out requirements are properly completed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in MEP project execution or site supervision. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems. Familiarity with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Valid UAE driving license. Experience in both fit-out and construction projects. Knowledge of Estimation and Quantity Take-off will be an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
