to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with project timelines, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP design and execution with architects, consultants, and contractors.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Monitor project progress and address any technical issues or deviations.
Supervise site activities and ensure work complies with all codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and submit project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and material submittals.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control audits.
Collaborate with procurement teams for materials and equipment selection.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
Attend project meetings and provide engineering support throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3-6 years of experience in MEP project execution in construction.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and engineering standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
