RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and main contractors.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and manpower schedules.
Supervise MEP supervisors, and subcontractors.
Monitor subcontractor progress and performance.
Oversee procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and tools.
Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines.
Provide regular updates on project status, progress, risks, and issues.
Supervise testing and commissioning activities.
Ensure all MEP systems are fully operational before handover.
Prepare final documentation and reports for client approval.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in MEP project management
Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software
Familiar with local building codes and regulations
Airport experience is added advantage

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
