Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and execution activities.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and local authorities for inspections and approvals.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and standards.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure work quality and timely completion.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and attend site meetings.
Coordinate authority inspections and approvals (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant
UAE experience
in MEP works for fit-out projects.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Knowledge of UAE MEP codes and regulations.
Strong coordination and site execution skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluations.
Hands-on experience in liaising with DEWA, DCD, and Dubai Municipality.
