- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines, ensuring alignment in procurement activities.
- Review and analye supplier proposals and quotations, providing recommendations based on quality, price, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, tracking order status and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new products that can benefit the projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues regarding delivery, quality, or service performance as needed.
