is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
materials and equipment for projects. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery to support project execution efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Develop and implement
strategic procurement plans
for MEP materials and services.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with
local and international suppliers
.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to
optimize costs and maintain quality standards
.
Track and monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Technical & Project Coordination:
Collaborate with
MEP engineers, project managers, and site teams
to define material requirements.
Source and procure
HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and other MEP-related equipment
.
Ensure purchased materials meet
technical specifications, industry regulations, and sustainability standards
.
Assist in
BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and supplier evaluations
.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all procurement transactions comply with
company policies and local regulations
.
Manage
purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation
for audit purposes.
Maintain accurate records of
material specifications, certifications, and warranty details
.
Support
quality inspections and approvals
of procured materials before project implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
.
Strong experience in
MEP procurement within construction, infrastructure, or landscaping projects
.
Proficiency in
ERP systems, procurement software, and supplier management tools
.
Expertise in
cost negotiations, market analysis, and vendor sourcing
.
Knowledge of
local and international MEP material standards and regulations
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
