We are seeking a highly experienced and locally available
MEP Planning Manager
to join our reputable construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling MEP works across large-scale construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project schedules for MEP systems using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works. Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation measures. Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
